Great Basin Wildrye is a grass that is native to Montana and the American West. It can grow to between three and six feet tall and can be spotted around our hometown of Bozeman if you know what to look for. Our Wildrye Rye is crafted by hand, one batch at a time, using carefully selected locally grown and malted rye and barley. It is finished in our Five Drops Bourbon Barrels until its spicy but smooth character, with notes of vanilla, is just right. We then finish it with pure Montana mountain water. Like its namesake, Wildrye Rye is a unique part of Montana that you too can find, if you know what to look for.
