Wheyward Wheyskey begins with the award-winning Wheyward Spirit and develops its rich character in upcycled oak barrels.

We handcraft our product sustainably from Farm-to-Cask-to-Flask and source from domestic dairies with a focus on upcycling excess whey and using recoopered barrels. We are woman-owned, grain, gluten, additive, and lactose-free.

TASTING NOTES

Savor balanced notes of oaky vanilla, toffee, and warm spice, followed by a uniquely velvety smooth finish.

SUSTAIABILITY

Rather than using a typical grain, grape, or agave to produce our spirits, Wheyward Spirit sources upcycled whey to make innovative farm-to-flask spirits. Our more holistic approach to fermentation and distillation allows us to retain a signature flavor true to our source.
