This Second Edition offering showcases a truly exceptional American Single Malt, influenced by the robust characteristics of Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout. Just twenty barrels were sourced for this release.
Made from 100% Malted Barley. Aged in premium ex-bourbon barrels for over five years and then finished in Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout barrels. The scent of rich mocha, banana bread, and honeyed nougat merge on the palate with malty beer, a hint of cinnamon, and lingering molasses.
