Two Stacks Single Grain Double Barrel is a light, floral & elegant single-grain whiskey with notes of baked pear, and almond, mingled with orange and citrus. This whiskey is an Incredibly easy drinking whiskey with lots of delicate character from the Oloroso sherry shining through on the palate, dissecting itself on the palate into a gentle sweetness and overall luxurious whiskey experience.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Light and elegant. Expect notes of vanilla fudge, honeycomb, orchard fruits like green apple and pear, and a touch of citrus zest. There's a hint of toasted oak and delicate floral undertones from the grain base.
PALATE
Soft, sweet, and approachable. Flavors of toffee, dried apricot, and light raisins from the Oloroso cask influence mix with creamy vanilla, lemon peel, and subtle spices—clove and white pepper. There's also a grain-forward crispness giving it freshness.
FINISH
Medium in length with a clean, zesty finish. Lingering notes of citrus oils, soft baking spices, and a gentle woodiness round it out, leaving a pleasant, warming afterglow.
