The Distiller's Proof edition is bottled at Richard Seale’s favored sipping proof, 92. Richard blends and bottles each 50 case batch separately. Each batch is unique, with the same goal, but showing the beauty of subtle difference that blending offers. A true small batch rum. The nose offers aromas of buttery oak and spicy dark chocolate, and the palate offers notes of caramel, oak spice, orange zest, tobacco and pepper, with a hint of smoke in the finish.
