17 long years. Imagine the flavour, the depth, the richness, that develops over all that time in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. The Irishman – 17-Year-Old is a superlative Single Malt. A highly exclusive expression – just three casks are produced each year.  Each bottle comes numbered by cask as a mark of quality. Triple distilled, non-chill filtered, and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. 

NOSE

The influence of the Sherry cask is forever present, with notes of dark chocolate.

TASTE

Toasted oak and sweet sherried raisins gives a complexity that is satisfying to the palate.

FINISH

A combination of nutty oloroso sherry as well as a dark chocolate that begs to continue.
