Terrazas de los Andes
Terrazas de Los Andes Grand Cabernet Sauvignon
Terrazas Grand Cabernet Sauvignon is blended from five plots of two of Terrazas’ high-altitude vineyards, Los Aromos (3215 ft) and El Pedregal (3608 ft).
The Cabernet Sauvignon from the gravely and loamy soil of Los Aromos vineyard in Luján de Cuyo reveals black fruit notes, such as blackcurrant, the company says, while the rocky terroir of El Pedregal in the Uco Valley imbues wines with fire-roasted red pepper and hints of mint.
This wine is very fruity, round which gives a velvety sensation in the mouth. I really think it is an entire different experience compared to Cabernet coming from colder areas, or less continental areas And it goes beautifully with Asian gastronomy and spices in general. - Gustavo
