Made using deep-well water and cooked highland agave, this expression is aged for years in American oak barrels, allowing the spirit to develop rich layers of sweetness, spice, and oak influence while still honoring its agave core.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Warm vanilla, caramelized agave, toasted oak, and hints of dried fruit. A gentle wave of baking spices and roasted nuts add smooth complexity.
PALATE
Silky and full-bodied with flavors of cooked agave, toffee, dark caramel, and sweet oak. Notes of cinnamon, cocoa, and light pepper blend seamlessly with the barrel character. Rich but balanced, never overly sweet.
FINISH
Long, elegant, and warming—showing lingering oak, spice, and agave sweetness that slowly fades with a touch of dark chocolate.
