Tequila Ocho La Cañada 2022 Extra Añejo is a rare, single-estate expression that showcases the "terroir" of the La Cañada ranch in the Jalisco highlands. Aged for three years in ex-American oak whiskey barrels, it is a 100% blue Weber agave spirit bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

This expression is characterized by a deep, silky texture and a rich, layered complexity that balances mature oak influence with the natural sweetness of highland agave.
- Aroma: Features warm roasted agave, cinnamon, toffee, and toasted oak, with undertones of dried fruits like fig and prune, and hints of vanilla bean.
- Palate: A velvety body offering notes of caramelized agave, dark chocolate, baking spices, and roasted coffee, accented by subtle citrus peel and honey.
- Finish: Long and luxurious with alternating waves of sweet oak, peppery spice, and a lingering agave presence.
