Tau Reposado Tequila

Tau Reposado Tequila is a bottle of tequila.

TAU Tequila Reposado, crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, is matured in American and French oak barrels for a period of 4 to 6 months to bring out those exquisite flavors appreciated by the most refined palates. This tequila is inspired by the Wixárika culture and dedicated to the deer god!

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

On the nose, it invites us to enjoy its characteristic aromas of mature, well-cooked agave, with notes of pumpkin, sweet potato, honey, caramel, and citrus hints of mandarin, lime, lemon, pineapple, and pear. These give way to grass, herbs, and mint, with delicate hints of cherry blossom, finishing with delicious spices like vanilla, anise, clove, and pepper.

PALATE

On the palate, it is honest and moderately mineral at the start, opening up to flavors of mandarin, pear, pineapple, lemon, and lime. Herbal notes of grass and mint stand out, followed by caramel, vanilla, anise, clove, pepper, and cinnamon. It finishes with a full-bodied experience, an excellent bouquet, and lingering agave notes.

COLOR 

Visually, it presents a straw-gold color, bright, clean, and crystal-clear, with great body.
