TASTING NOTES
NOSE
A burst of cooked agave. Cinnamon, citrus, and a hint of vanilla. Dry carbonic minerals. A tropical atmosphere of juicy banana and pineapple. Mint. A touch of smokiness. Damp barn straw with a woody herbal note.
PALATE
A strong hit of black pepper and cinnamon oil that tingles the tongue. The intensity of the pepper and cinnamon fades, settling into tempting fruity and spicy notes. Medium to full-bodied with a touch of salinity. Rustic tones. There’s nothing shy or subtle about this expression.
COLOR
Its appearance is bright, clean, and crystal-clear, with great body.
