TASTING NOTES

NOSE

A bold mix of earthy spice, toasted oak, and caramel. Hints of vanilla bean, and a touch of dried fruit with subtle herbal notes of mint and clove round out the aroma.

PALATE

Smooth, with a warming mouthfeel. Spicy peppercorns upfront, balanced by a hint of brown sugar sweetness.

FINISH

It wraps up with a sharp, spicy rye kick that leaves the palate feeling slightly parched, followed by trailing hints of creamy vanilla and charred oak.
