A high-proof, wild-fermented tequila crafted from 100% tahona-crushed Supremo agave, the world’s most expensive agave, prized for its high sugar content.
Baked in traditional brick ovens, crushed using a volcanic stone wheel, and naturally fermented, it’s distilled twice in alambique stills. The result is a complex blend of citrus, agave, vanilla, basil, olive, lime, pineapple, ripe fruit, mint, salt, and pepper flavors with earthy, vegetal, sweet agave notes.
Bottled at still strength, it’s best enjoyed neat or over ice.

NOSE
Citrus, agave, butter, olive, earth, and peppers.
PALATE
Vanilla, basil, lime, pineapple, ripe fruit, mint, and green olives. Balanced with earthy, vegetal, and sweet agave notes.
