Satryna Mexicano Mezcal is a bottle of mezcal.

The rare agave Mexicano grows wild in the renowned region of Oaxaca, Mexico for 10 long years, before it is ready for harvesting. Mexicano agave is revered for its large size, relative scarcity, vivid green hue, and kaleidoscopic spray of rigid, tightly-spaced leaves. We use the traditional artisanal process of an earthen pit for cooking the agave, a tahona for milling, natural yeast fermentation and distillation in small batches using wooden stills. Mexicano Mezcal is a true expression of artisanal craftsmanship. Its bold smokiness, balanced sweetness, and herbal undertones create a captivating and well-rounded experience. TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Red apples and tangerines like grapefruit are followed by an assortment of fragrant aromas that include white flower or rose petals and newly sliced sugar cane.

PALATE

On the palate there are hints of spice, such as cloves and pepper.

Herbal tones of peppermint and mint blend with a faint hint of anise and cardamom.
