Santaleza Añejo Tequila is a bottle of tequila.

Any exceptional tequila starts with an exceptional Blanco. We've taken that a step further with our Añejo by aging it in first-fill American bourbon barrels for a minimum of 16 months.

The Jaliscan Highlands (Los Altos de Jalisco) creates the perfect base for our core line of tequilas. The rich, red soil, full of minerals, provides the agave with the best nutrients and our location provides the climate conditions for optimal development.

Using the traditional processes handed down from our ancestors, we proudly say Santaleza Tequila honors the original production process that tequila connoisseurs have discovered and appreciate.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Agave, oak and leather are prominent with hints of honeysuckle and toasted oranges.

PALATE

Viscosity coats your mouth, with agave leading the charge, followed by oak, earth, and leather. 

FINISH

As the acidity builds and your mouth begins to water, the finish is filled with dried fruits and a delightful white pepper spice that lasts and lasts.
