Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
Named for the George Roe & Co. Distillery that once was Ireland’s most famous whiskey, though the distillery closed its doors in 1926. The legacy has been reborn with the new Roe & Co, a blend of malt whiskey and grain whiskey that has been aged in bourbon casks.
Nose: Creamy, delightfully fragrant.
Taste: Notes of soft spice and mellow spun sugar along with warm hints of spiced pears and woody vanilla.
Finish: Lingering and gentle, ending with a light creaminess.
