Our Limited Batch Bourbon represents the pinnacle of our barrel program a careful marriage of some of the finest barrels we have discovered on our journey through America’s most storied rickhouses. Each barrel was chosen for its individuality: bold aromatics, layered flavors, and unique character. When combined, they create a whiskey greater than the sum of its parts, offering depth, complexity, and balance that simply cannot be achieved alone.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

A rich bouquet of dark caramel, toasted oak, black cherries, and gentle spice; hints of clove, leather, and tobacco leaf add complexity.

PALATE

Full-bodied and layered velvet texture with flavors of brown sugar, roasted nuts, fig, and subtle smoke. Underlying agave or grain (depending on base) gives brightness and length.

FINISH

Long and warming, with lingering notes of fine oak, dark chocolate, and a touch of spice that fades into smooth mellow sweetness.
