Raizee Crystal Onyx Joven Raicilla is a clear, unaged expression made from 100% Agave Maximiliana. Produced in small-batch fashion by Raicilla Master Rafael Arce, it showcases the distinctive character of the agave with a silky texture and a vibrant combination of fruit, herbal, and lightly smoky nuances.
With its smooth palate and expressive aromatics, Onyx is an excellent introduction to the unique personality of raicilla. Enjoy it neat or lightly chilled to appreciate its natural character, or use it as an intriguing base for agave-forward cocktails.
