Unlike many modern absinthes, Prairie Fairie begins with the distillery's signature Prairie Sunshine™ spirit, itself distilled from local Illinois wildflower honey, creating a uniquely expressive foundation that adds subtle floral complexity to the finished spirit.

Distilled in small batches, Prairie Fairie incorporates the classic "holy trinity" of absinthe botanicals—green anise, Florence fennel, and grand wormwood—to create a spirit that is both authentic and approachable.
