Maturation in four months in Linie aquavit casks 350L that have travelled around the world by boat. The complexity of the aquavit complements the Fiji rum while benefitting from dynamic ageing.

Distillation : Pot Still

Tropical Ageing : 7 years in bourbon casks

Continental Ageing : 1,5 years in Ferrand casks

48.6% ABV
