Outlaw Distillery Barrel Proof Bourbon
Ships from San Diego, California
Adult 21+ Signature Required Upon Delivery
Outlaw Distillery Barrel Proof Bourbon is the pinnacle expression of the distillery's bourbon program, showcasing select barrels deemed too exceptional to be reduced to standard bottling strength. Crafted from locally sourced corn and wheat, this ultra-premium bourbon is cooked, fermented, distilled, and aged entirely in-house, then bottled straight from the barrel without dilution to preserve its full intensity and character.
Aged in a combination of American white oak and French oak, each batch offers its own unique personality while maintaining the rich, sweet profile that defines Outlaw Distillery. Bottled at barrel proof, this robust bourbon delivers remarkable depth and complexity, making it an outstanding choice for enthusiasts seeking an authentic cask-strength experience.
