Oak & Eden John Paul White Bourbon (Anthro Series)

Barrel proof four grain bourbon finished with an American Oak spire.

Created in collaboration with Grammy Award winning artist, John Paul White, we crafted his one-of-a-kind signature bottle of whiskey. We begin with a four grain bourbon made from 55% corn, 18% rye, 22% wheat, 5% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We cut this rye to 114 proof (57% ABV). After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, imparting rich, hearty flavors, and notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
