Nosotros Mezcal

Crafted in the hills of the Sierra Sur in Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz, Nosotros Mexicano is a tribute to the rich terroir of the Mezcal heartland from Mezcalero Octavo Jarquin.

Agave Mexicano is a lesser know and rarer varietal than it's cousin Espadin. The Mexicano Agaves used in this Mezcal have matured for 10 years creating more complex flavors that are highly sought after by connoisseurs.

Tahona crushed, cooked underground in a river rock lined concave pit oven using oak wood, fermented in pine wood tubs and double distilled using alembic copper stills.

This is a nuanced and balanced mezcal perfect for sipping or upscale agave cocktails.

NOSE

Cooked agave, ripe apricot, citrus, earth, and gentle smoke.

PALATE

Sweet roasted agave with stone fruit, bright citrus, subtle herbal notes, and a touch of earthy richness.

FINISH

Long and gently smoky, with lingering cooked agave, fruit, citrus, and earthy campfire character.
