New Deal Vodka

New Deal Vodka is a bottle of vodka.

Distilled in custom copper stills using our own unique recipe, our flagship vodka delivers a delicate flavor complexity yet provides an extremely smooth finish. New Deal Vodka is made entirely from Oregon grains, using primarily winter wheat with a bit of Dark Northern rye. The result is a unique craft vodka with light pastry notes that combine the sweetness of wheat with the earthy notes of rye.

Distilled to 80 proof it makes a dependable foundation to any cocktail and is an especially good choice for recipes featuring delicate flavors, such as white tea, cucumber or, raspberry. Clean and light on the palate, its subtlety also makes New Deal Vodka a great choice for a sipping vodka but equally as delicious in a greyhound or martini.
