Mexa Ancestral Blanco Tequila is a rare expression of tradition—crafted with reverence for the ancient methods that shaped the original spirit of Mexico. Made from 100% mature Blue Weber agave, each piña is cooked in a stone-lined earthen pit, crushed by tahona, and fermented naturally in open-air wooden vats before being distilled in small copper stills.

This ancestral process brings a unique depth and complexity to the spirit. The result is an unfiltered, expressive tequila that honors the land, the hands, and the history behind it.

Expect bold aromas of baked agave, smoke, and wild herbs. On the palate, it’s earthy, slightly smoky, and beautifully balanced with mineral notes and a long, warm finish.
