NOSE
Elegant and expressive aromas of ripe orchard fruits—think pear, golden apple, and Mirabelle plum—layered with notes of lemon zest, toasted hazelnuts, fresh brioche, and a touch of spice from oak aging.
PALATE
Fresh and vibrant with a creamy mousse. The palate is well-balanced between juicy fruit (white peach, citrus), subtle minerality, and complex pastry-like richness. Hints of honey, almond, and chalky tension carry through to a long, refined finish.
