Locke + Co Big Catch Bourbon

Locke + Co Big Catch Bourbon is a bottle of whiskey.

This Locke + Co collaboration, featuring label artwork by our friend Garrison Doctor and RepYourWater, promises to be a true delight.

We age our Bourbon Whiskey for over two years in brand new 53-gallon Missouri oak barrels. Using both high rye and high wheat mash builds, we create a confluence of bold, balanced flavors. We finish the whiskey by dropping our used hand-cut and charred aspen wood discs from our rye whiskies as well as some new charred aspen wood discs to create a bourbon with a Taste Like None Other.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Strong honey, vanilla notes with hints of dried berries, maple syrup and walnuts.

PALATE

Full-bodied with caramel, honey, and vanilla. Some rye spice and peppercorn round out the pallet.

FINISH

Long finish with caramel, black pepper, toffee, light brown sugar, cinnamon.
