Our original 25 gallon barrels are known as "The Founders Club". We have just bottled the last 4. At 9 years old these are the oldest barrels we have on hand. Distilled on our original 25 gallon pot still, this is a blend of barrels 3, 4, 5, & 6 at 118.4 proof. A VERY limited edition, less than 200 bottles are available. Plan to get one for your collection.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, and hints of dried fruit and baking spice.
PALATE
Smooth and well-rounded—layers of brown sugar, honey, vanilla, and oak, complemented by soft spice and a touch of dark fruit. Full-flavored without being overpowering.
FINISH
Medium to long with lingering caramel sweetness, warm oak, and subtle spice.
