Kapahi Bourbon Whisky is a handcrafted American bourbon made with Hawaii-grown corn alongside carefully selected rye and barley grains. Twice distilled and aged for five years in new charred American oak barrels, this small-batch whiskey is produced without blending, allowing each barrel to showcase its natural character and depth.
The extended maturation creates a smooth yet flavorful bourbon with a rich balance of sweetness, oak, and spice. Crafted with attention to detail from grain to bottle, Kapahi offers a refined sipping experience that pairs exceptionally well with premium cigars, dark chocolate, or quiet moments of appreciation.
