Between You and I is a 16-year-old single malt, crafted from virgin Swedish oak casks, ex-bourbon casks and sherry-seasoned oak casks. This special-edition, released in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Björn Frantzén is all about discovering a more personal way to taste whisky, which is why, instead of tasting notes, each bottle comes with a set of prompts to help spark personal associations as you explore the whisky’s depths of flavor.

Meet Björn Frantzén. A restaurateur, former professional footballer and the only chef in the world to hold three Michelin stars at three restaurants simultaneously. We sent Björn the first bottle of Between You and I and asked him to tell us what he tasted, from fond memories to evocative flavors—and used his responses as inspiration for the packaging design.
