Our newest release, Bottled In Bond Bourbon, is a straight bourbon whiskey, produced in-house at our distillery in Wanship, Utah. It’s made in accordance with the standards laid out by the Bottled In Bond Act of 1897. This release is like a single vintage of wine, offering an intimate snapshot of the distiller’s process. One base spirit, crafted at a single distillery, by a single distiller, in a single distilling season. Must be aged a minimum of 4 years and bottled at 100 proof in a federally bonded warehouse.

Experience a high-rye bourbon crafted for bold flavor, featuring a mashbill of 36% rye and 64% non-GMO yellow corn.

100 Proof/ 50% ABV

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Honeycrisp apple, golden raisins, zested kumquat, graham cracker crust, wildflower honey, malted milk chocolate, toasted oak spice, honeycomb in a wicker basket.

PALATE

Peach and cherry cobbler, gingersnaps, roasted marshmallows, puffed wheat cereal, cocoa nibs, molasses, dried thyme, charred barrel staves.

FINISH

Financier cakes–grated almonds and brown butter.
