Gray Whale Gin is a uniquely crafted American gin inspired by the migratory journey of the gray whale along the California coast. Distilled with a curated blend of botanicals sourced from regions along this route, the gin delivers a fresh and balanced profile that reflects coastal influences.
Classic juniper is complemented by bright citrus, subtle herbal notes, and a touch of natural salinity, creating a smooth and refreshing spirit. The combination of botanicals results in a layered yet approachable flavor that stands out in both simple and complex cocktails.
Clean, crisp, and versatile, Gray Whale Gin is ideal for gin and tonics, martinis, and a wide range of modern cocktails. Its distinctive character and smooth finish make it a favorite for both casual drinkers and gin enthusiasts.
