The result is a deeply layered, full-bodied mezcal with an earthy backbone, floral high notes, rich minerality, and a lasting, elegant smoke. Made using traditional methods—roasted in underground pits, milled by tahona, and double-distilled in copper stills—Ensamble de 6 is a celebration of agave diversity and Oaxacan craftsmanship.
