• Production: Double pot distilled using a "sweet mash" fermentation technique, which avoids using backset to maintain better flavor control.
• Barreling: Aged in New American White Oak casks from Kelvin Cooperage with a Char #2 level.

• Appearance: Dark amber or syrupy amber.
