Fidencio Mexicano is made from wild sourced maguey Mexicano - Penca Larga - hand harvested from Santa María Zoquitlán in the Valles Centrales region of Oaxaca. Enrique's expertise shines through in this beautifully crafted limited batch exhibiting intense aromatics of vanilla and ripe pear - vivid and bright on the palette with a long lingering crisp finish.
Fidencio "Mexicano" Joven is a premium, artisanal mezcal crafted from 100% wild Mexicano agave (Agave rhodacantha), distinct from the more common Espadín variety. This expression is known for its vibrant, complex character and is bottled unaged (Joven) to preserve the pure essence of the wild plant.
