Fidencio Mexicano is made from wild sourced maguey Mexicano - Penca Larga - hand harvested from Santa María Zoquitlán in the Valles Centrales region of Oaxaca. Enrique's expertise shines through in this beautifully crafted limited batch exhibiting intense aromatics of vanilla and ripe pear - vivid and bright on the palette with a long lingering crisp finish.
- Nose: Expect an earthy and rustic bouquet featuring notes of roasted agave, mild smoke, and fresh herbs. Some batches exhibit subtle citrus and floral undertones with a hint of black pepper.
- Palate: The experience is typically medium-bodied and lively. You may find a layered mix of tropical fruits, sweet spice, and a gentle minerality that balances the soft, non-overwhelming smoke.
