El Ateo Reposado Tequila

El Ateo Reposado Tequila is a traditionally crafted, additive-free expression that reflects generations of agave-growing heritage. Produced at NOM 1635 in the Southern Highlands of Jalisco, this reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from family estates in Guanajuato and Los Altos. Traditional methods including brick oven cooking, tahona extraction, and open-air fermentation contribute to a spirit that balances authenticity with refined complexity.

Rested in oak barrels for a delicate period, El Ateo Reposado preserves the bright character of cooked agave while introducing subtle layers of sweetness and spice. The restrained oak influence allows the spirit's natural flavors to remain front and center, creating a versatile tequila equally suited for sipping neat or elevating premium cocktails.
