El Ateo Blanco Tequila

El Ateo Blanco Tequila is an additive-free expression rooted in generations of agave-growing tradition. Produced at NOM 1635 in the Southern Highlands of Jalisco, this small-batch tequila is crafted from family-estate Blue Weber agave grown in Guanajuato and made using traditional methods that emphasize authenticity and purity. Brick oven cooking, tahona extraction, open-air fermentation, and double distillation combine to create a vibrant and expressive blanco that showcases the true character of the agave.

Unaged and bottled at 80 proof, El Ateo Blanco delivers remarkable depth and complexity with a balance of tropical fruit, minerality, herbs, and peppery spice. Its rich mouthfeel and additive-free profile make it an excellent choice for sipping neat or elevating premium cocktails.
