El Ateo Añejo Tequila

El Ateo Añejo Tequila is an additive-free expression that reflects the philosophy that exceptional tequila requires nothing more than agave, water, yeast, and time. Produced at NOM 1635 in the Southern Highlands of Jalisco, this small-batch añejo is crafted from estate-grown 100% Blue Weber agave and made using traditional methods including stone oven cooking, tahona extraction, open-air fermentation, and double distillation. Aged in American white oak bourbon barrels, the spirit develops remarkable complexity while allowing the character of the agave to remain at the forefront.

Balanced and elegant, El Ateo Añejo showcases the harmony between mature agave and gentle oak influence. Rich layers of vanilla, caramel, and baking spice are complemented by subtle fruit and earthy notes, creating a refined sipping tequila with exceptional depth and a smooth, lingering finish.
