Eden Mill Art of St. Andrews 2023 Single Malt Whisky is a limited-edition release and the first expression in the Art of St Andrews collection to feature a lightly peated character. The whisky is matured in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez casks before receiving a finish in premium ex-Grande Champagne Cognac casks, creating a layered profile of gentle smoke, ripe fruit, and creamy sweetness.

Bottled at 46.5% ABV, this release offers an expressive alternative for both peat enthusiasts and drinkers who prefer a softer smoke profile. Its combination of fruit, malt, oak, and delicate peat makes it especially well suited to sipping neat or with a small splash of water.
