Drumshanbo Pinot Noir Cask is a unique Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, triple-distilled and crafted using a rich mash of malted and unmalted Irish barley. Matured initially in bourbon and sherry casks, this limited-edition release is then finished in hand-selected French Pinot Noir casks from the Burgundy region.
The result is a beautifully complex whiskey with layers of red fruit, toasted oak, and warming spice. Expect aromas of ripe cherry and blackberry, leading to a smooth, velvety palate with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and subtle wine tannins. The finish is long, balanced, and distinctly elegant.
