Crafted artisanally and with total respect for agave culture—Casa Don Ramón plants two more agave plants for every harvested agave—Mezcal Salmiana originates from the legendary Salmiana Agave, which undergoes a maturation process of 8 to 10 years.

Thanks to this delicate procedure, this mezcal comes to life with a colorless hue but with smoky, citrusy, and floral aromas. These are complemented by herbal and subtly fruity notes that distinguish in every sip of this stimulating yet balanced elixir.
