Dom Pérignon 2015 Brut Champagne is a bottle of champagne.

Born of a year of exceptional contrasts, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 stands out with its soothing strength and striking tactile presence during tasting. All our champagnes contain sulphites.

The 2015 winegrowing year was marked by striking contrasts in climate, starting with a particularly cold spring, followed by a prolonged period of hot, dry weather that lasted until the end of August. When the harvest began on 7 September, in brilliant sunshine, the vines were impeccably healthy, revealing the exceptional generosity and balance of the grapes. This vintage aromatic wine promises a remarkable aromatic richness, capturing the unique essence of the year.

TASTING NOTES

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 stands out for its complex aromatic flavour profile combining intense roasted and cocoa notes, balanced by delicate floral aromas of lime blossom, jasmine and peony. Elevated by a bouquet of spices such as aniseed and cardamom, Dom Pérignon 2015 also offers a fruity, botanical freshness, with subtle hints of orange and green papaya. This blend of flavours creates the perfect taste harmony for lovers of fine wine. The 2015 vintage wine is characterised by its breadth and delicacy, offering a unique sensory experience. Notes of peach, nectarine, citrus and gentian create a harmonious blend, giving the wine a rich texture and a diverse aromatic palate. This rich, well-balanced cuvée captures the essence of the exceptional terroirs from which it comes, promising a memorable wine tasting experience.

HOW TO STORE

Champagne is a living being; it evolves over time. In addition to storage conditions, which have a direct impact on the quality of the wine and how it develops, the blends (vintage) it contains, as well as the shape of the bottle also determine how the champagne develops as time goes by. The cellaring time for vintage champagnes is longer. They may be opened between 7 and 10 years after purchase, or even later than that. There is no benefit in keeping champagne longer than the recommended time. All the bottles of champagne that we sell have been aged in our cellars and they can be opened as soon as they are purchased. Keeping bottles longer may bring about changes in taste (more pronounced), color (darker) and effervescence (less). In addition, the cuvées will probably develop into a style that is different from the one our oenologist wanted to convey. Regarding composition, all our champagnes contain sulfites.
