Dented Brick Premium Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 100% pumpernickel rye. This premium rye whiskey is milled, mashed, fermented and distilled in house and then brought to proof with the most important ingredient —artesian, limestone-filtered water, creating a unique flavor profile crafted from this mineral rich water.
TASTING NOTES
The nose reveals a wonderful balance of vanilla and peppercorn with complex wood notes. The palate is relatively mild for a 100% rye, but there is still plenty of cinnamon, clove, pepper, caramel, brown sugar, and fresh-cut oak. The finish is medium length with more spice, smoke, and a thick texture.
