Combining our award-winning macerated gin with a resting period in former-fill wine barrels from Hell’s Canyon winery in Idaho, the aging extracts esters from the wine infused oak to create a gin with a Chardonnay essence. We take pride in our commitment to excellence, fueled by the remarkable ingredient that sets us apart: Dented Brick proprietary artesian well water. Water is the key to producing exceptional, hand-crafted spirits, and ours flows clean and pure from the snowmelt of the Rocky Mountains.
