The first Caribou Crossing Single Barrel that was hand selected by our Top Shelf experts! This single barrel is everything you love about Caribou Crossing, but with more pronounced flavors. The sweet Canadian caramel notes combined with the vanilla bursts create an amazing sipping whiskey. A true favorite and extremely limited release! 

The whisky has been patiently aged in oak for many years to give it a rich and complex yet smooth flavor. Each barrel is then bottled individually with expert care and skill under rigorous quality standards. Radiantly-hued nectar with a nod to the tantalizing silky texture provided by the barrel. The rye grain cuts through the wood flavors making its spicy presence known without risking the creamy vanilla custard smoothness. The finish is oak with an orangey tang.
