Sourced goods from Midwest grains with a mash bill of 80% corn, 17% rye, and 3% barley. Aged and matured in a proprietary re-casking process and an enhanced oak stave finishing. Profiles are very much like a Kentucky bourbon with a hint of sweet caramel, honey and brown sugar.
