Sourced goods from Midwest grains with a mash bill of 80% corn, 17% rye, and 3% barley. Aged and matured in a proprietary re-casking process and an enhanced oak stave finishing. Profiles are very much like a Kentucky bourbon with a hint of sweet caramel, honey and brown sugar.

Patent pending, football replica with stitches and seams on the front of the bottle, sits atop a pedestal base of an etched miniature football field replete with yard markers and end zones. Branded with "Canton Distillery", (Home of Football).
