Burrito Fiestero “Tepemete” is an artisanal mezcal that captures the spirit of Mexico’s highlands. Made from wild tepemete agave that’s been nurtured for 8–10 years, this mezcal is crafted using ancestral techniques: agave is slow-roasted in earthen pits, hand-crushed, and distilled in a traditional clay-and-wood still. The result is a rich, layered mezcal that’s smoky, earthy, and full of character. Perfect for sipping straight or highlighting elevated cocktails, “Tepemete” is a taste of tradition in every glass.
