WHISKEY GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITA

• 1.5 oz. Bird Dog Ruby Red Grapefruit Whiskey
• 1 oz. Triple Sec
• 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
• Rimming Salt
• Lime Wheel or Wedge (garnish)

Rim a glass with the salt and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and then strain into the ice-filled highball or margarita glass with salted rim. Carefully garnish as you like with lime.

Optional: Make this drink without the salt in Collins Glass, adding a colorful umbrella and straw for a festive summer look.
