Producers cultivate over 200 varieties of apples and pears in the region to produce this historic spirit. This expression marries cooked agave with French oak, and sweet cinnamon apple notes that are distinct to northern France.

NOSE
Cooked agave, baked apple, vanilla, warm oak, and soft baking spice with a hint of orchard fruit sweetness.
