Benrinnes has long been an over-achiever in the Scotch whisky world, relatively unknown by most single malt drinkers. Used mostly for the production of blended Scotch whisky, only the most devout single malt fans have sought out these rare single barrel editions. Oily stone fruits, tangy honey, and orange marmalade meld together with flavors of candied nuts and toasted crême brulée on the palate.
